Terms of Use (EULA) — InspireCreativity

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the InspireCreativity iOS app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which is incorporated by reference.

2. The content

The app provides hand-crafted SwiftUI animation examples and their source code. Code you unlock may be used in your own apps and projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the catalog or its source code as a competing collection of animation snippets.

3. Purchases

InspireCreativity Pro is offered as a one-time Lifetime purchase that unlocks the entire catalog. The purchase is processed by Apple through your Apple ID.

• Price is shown on the paywall before you purchase and reflects your local App Store pricing.
• One-time charge: the Lifetime unlock is a single, non-recurring purchase. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• Restoring: previously purchased Pro can be restored from the paywall or Settings using the same Apple ID.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policy.

4. Accounts

Account creation is optional. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to circumvent purchase or authentication mechanisms, or interfere with its operation or security.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Code samples are provided for your use but we do not warrant that they are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
