Accuracy is best in good light on textured, non-reflective surfaces. Watch the TRACK indicator in the HUD — if it shows guidance like "Move slower" or "Aim at a textured surface", follow it before placing points. Typical accuracy is ±1–2 cm at room scale on LiDAR iPhones (Pro models) and ±2–5 cm in visual mode.
Room scanning uses Apple's RoomPlan, which requires the LiDAR sensor found on iPhone Pro models. Tape measuring works on all ARKit-capable iPhones, and rooms synced from another device remain viewable.
Settings → Purchases → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account that bought Pro.
Settings → Purchases → Manage Subscription, or your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Your saved measurements and rooms remain yours and stay viewable either way.
Settings → Account → Delete Account removes your account and all synced data from our servers immediately. Data on your device stays with you.
