Terms of Use — Hydrate

Effective July 5, 2026

By using Hydrate you agree to these short, sensible terms.

Not medical advice

Hydrate is a habit companion, not a medical device. The hydration targets, reminders and the educational content in the Learn section are general wellness information — they are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Fluid needs vary from person to person; if you have a health condition that affects how much you should drink (for example kidney or heart conditions), follow your doctor's guidance, not the app's.

Use as-is

Hydrate is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. I work hard to keep it reliable, but I can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that a reminder will never be missed. Don't rely on it for anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faisal Nur Arif is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.

Your data

Your hydration data is stored on your device and is yours. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Changes

These terms may be updated over time; the current version always lives at this address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
